PROGRAMS & SERVICES

CARMA offers a range of programs and services to combat antisemitism and reinforce multicultural acceptance in spaces from schools to private sector workplaces, and beyond.

Educating Teachers & Administrators

CARMA has been brought in by superintendents, boards of education, and principals to provide consultation and education for administrators, teachers, guidance counselors and other school personnel to improve identification, handling, and ultimately reduction in antisemitism in school and related settings.

Empowering Students

Workshops teach young people how to reduce and respond to antisemitic and other identity-based incidents in school and beyond. Individualized support guides students on safe and effective steps to take if they feel they have been a victim of or witness to antisemitic or other identity-based incidents.

Supporting Families

Organized group programs and individualized, incident-based interventions support parents whether in bringing concerns about antisemitism and other identity-base hate to appropriate authorities or learning how to speak to their children about the topic in general or incidents when they take place.

Stemming Hate in Workplaces

Professional development, management coaching, and personnel workshops help private sector employers address the adverse effects that antisemitism and other identity-based hate in the workplace has on organizational culture, team dynamics and productivity, human resources, and customer outcomes.

CARMA Helpline

If you feel you have experienced, witnessed, or taken part in an act of antisemitism or other identity-based hate at school, we are here to support you.

CARMA can either act as an intermediary with your school to maintain your anonymity or work with you to approach officials in a way that meets your goals and the overarching goal of combatting antisemitism and reinforcing multicultural acceptance.

Schools must be a place where students feel safe to fully participate in learning, enrichment, and social activity. The goal of the CARMA Helpline is to ensure students have an advocate to help support them.
